Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in its original packaging.

Q: What items are exempt from being returned?

A: There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. We also do not accept returns of gift cards or personal care items.

Q: How do I complete a return?

A: To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please mail your product to Yolanda C. Holmes, M.D. P.C., 1737 20th St. NW Washington, DC 20009, United States. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and we cannot refund any shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Q: Can I receive a refund for sale items?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Q: What do I do if I haven't received my refund yet?

A: If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you have done these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at store@yolandaholmesmd.com.

Q: What is your exchange policy?
